Grandma Mary's Corndulata
Grandma Mary'S Corndulata is an easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 c. leftover chili or 2 cans chili con carne (must be thick), 1/2 bag corn chips, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained and 1 small bag any kind cheese (prefer american), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Spray Pam on large casserole.
Spread chili 2 inches deep in dish.
Layer with corn chips 1 inch thick.
Corn is 1/4 of can. Continue until all ingredients have been layered to top and spread cheese over top.
Top with 1 can French fried onions (optional). Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
