Grandma Fulton's Whiskey Balls
Grandma Fulton'S Whiskey Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. ground vanilla wafers, 2 c. ground nuts (i like pecans best), 4 level tbsp. light corn syrup and 4 to 6 tbsp. whiskey (enough to hold the mixture together), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix vanilla wafers, nuts, and cocoa together.
Add corn syrup and whisky and stir together.
Roll into small balls and then roll in powdered sugar.
Chill for about 12 hours.
(I usually also chill the mix before I roll them into balls as this makes it a little less like playing with mud pies)
