Grandma Faraudo'S Creamed Tuna On Toast is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cube margarine, 4 tbsp. flour (heaped), 2 c. milk, 2 (6 or 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan. Add flour and mix quickly into a paste (remove from heat to avoid scorching).
Slowly add milk and continue to mix to blend. Return to moderate heat, stirring slowly.
When it starts to thicken, remove from heat and add tuna and pepper.
Heat through.
Spoon over slices of toast, biscuits or English muffins.
