Gran'S Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. milk (whole or 2%), 6 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. vanilla or less, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat eggs and sugar until smooth and foamy.
Heat milk to scalding.
Do not boil.
Pour sugar and egg mixture slowly into milk.
Stir continually and cook until the custard coats a metal spoon.
