Graham Banana Pudding
Graham Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. half and half (milk down to 2% works well), 4 large eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cornstarch and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Whisk together first 5 ingredients over medium-to-low heat in large saucepan, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened and boil 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in margarine (butter) and vanilla.
Layer in 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole dish with graham crackers, bananas and pudding.
Repeat layer as needed.
Cover and chill.
May top or serve with 2 cups whipping cream mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
