Gourmet Sweet-Hot Spread
Gourmet Sweet-Hot Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can dry mustard, 1 c. cider vinegar, 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together dry mustard and cider vinegar; let stand overnight.
Beat together and cook until thickened in double boiler the vinegar-mustard mixture, eggs, sugar and salt.
Cool, then beat in mayonnaise.
Makes about 1 quart.
Store in glass jar in refrigerator.
Great on hot dogs, burgers, pork roast, turkey sandwiches, etc.
We use it instead of boughten mustard!
