Gourmet Crab Ring
Gourmet Crab Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. cooking sherry and 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften, using a double boiler; stir over hot water until dissolved.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in sherry, salt, pimentos, crab, pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley and the dissolved gelatin.
Pour into a 3-cup ring mold.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
To serve, turn out on plate.
Garnish with the remaining parsley.
Place parsley sprigs in center.
