Gourmet Cheese Potatoes
Gourmet Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium all-purpose potatoes, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 3/4 c. shredded muenster cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
Drain, cool, peel and slice into bowl.
Combine cheese and butter or margarine in 2-quart saucepan over low heat.
Stir until almost melted. Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold into potatoes.
Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
