Mix cake mix, 2 eggs and 1 stick oleo together and pat into bottom of oblong pan that has been sprayed with Pam or shortening and floured.
Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar together and spread mixture over crust in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
