Good Morning Muffins
Good Morning Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. whole wheat flour, 1/4 c. oat bran, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spray 10 muffin cups with nonstick spray.
In medium bowl, stir together flour, bran, baking powder, cinnamon and allspice. In small bowl, combine orange peel, juice, egg white, oil and honey.
Add to flour mixture; stir.
Add carrots.
Spoon into muffin cups, 3/4 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
