Good For You Granola Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (12 oz.) bag (1 c. ) chocolate chips, 1 c. butterscotch chips, 2 c. mini marshmallows, 1/3 c. honey and 1 c. uncooked oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt all chips together in microwave oven.
Blend in marshmallows and honey.
Mixture will be sticky at first, but will melt into liquid.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Add chocolate mixture and mix well.
Pour into 9 x 14-inch pan coated with vegetable oil, oil or cooking spray.
Pat mixture down.
Cool in refrigerator.
When partially cool, cut into bars.
Serve at room temperature for maximum chewiness. Makes 42 (1 1/2 x 2-inch) bars.
