Golden Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. unsifted flour, 1 1/4 c. shortening, 1 tsp. salt, 1 beaten egg white and 8 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour, shortening and salt well by hand.
Add egg white, water and vinegar.
Mix thoroughly until you can knead it in your mixing pan.
This will make 3 single crusts and will keep in refrigerator.
Wrap in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil.
Pinch off enough for 1 pie shell.
Rewrap until needed.
