Glazed Meat Loaf
Glazed Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 3 slices bread, torn, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine eggs, bread, milk, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
Add ground beef, onion, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup catsup; mix well.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place on lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Combine remaining brown sugar and catsup and spoon over loaf.
Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Let stand
5 minutes before serving.
