Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. oleo, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. molasses, 1 egg and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add molasses and egg.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Roll in small balls, dip into sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 minutes.
Makes about four dozen.
If dough is too sticky to handle, add a little more flour.
