Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. light molasses, 1 beaten egg and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream shortening and sugar; add molasses and egg.
Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
Roll in small balls; dip into sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
