Gingerbread
Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 2/3 c. fruit sweet, 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt, 2 egg whites and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl cream together margarine, fruit sweetener and yogurt.
When well blended, beat in egg whites.
Combine dry ingredients separately and add to batter.
Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan which has been sprayed with nonstick coating.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 16 pieces.
