Gingerbread
Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. molasses and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour boiling water over margarine.
Add brown sugar, molasses, egg and flour sifted with salt, baking powder, soda, ginger and cinnamon.
Beat until smooth.
Bake in greased 8-inch square pan in 350Β° oven for 35 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Top with warm Lemon Sauce.
