Made with 12 medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch lengths, 4 tbsp. sweet butter, melted, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 1/2 tsp. caraway seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook carrots in cold water until tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Melt butter in saucepan; add brown sugar, ginger and caraway seed. Drain carrots; return to pot and add butter mixture.
