German Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. potatoes, 1/2 lb. bacon, 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. sugar and 3/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry diced bacon; pour off most of the fat.
Add diced onion, then flour.
Mix sugar, vinegar and water in bowl and add to bacon pan.
