Sprinkle coconut and pecans on bottom of oblong cake pan which has been lightly greased.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over pecans and coconut.
Melt margarine.
Beat cream cheese in margarine.
(Do not have margarine too hot.)
Beat in sugar.
Pour over cake and bake at 325Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
