German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. angel flake coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick butter or oleo and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (not fat-free), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam; pour evenly in the bottom of the baking dish 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup coconut.
Mix cake mix exactly as directed on cake box.
Pour batter evenly over the nuts and coconut in baking dish.
Combine butter (or oleo) and cream cheese and microwave until butter is melted and cream cheese is nearly all melted.
Mix until smooth.
Next stir in powdered sugar (a little at a time) until all is mixed well with the cream cheese/butter mixture.
Stir until this combination is smooth.
Pour this mixture over top of cake mix, pecans and coconut.
Bake at 350Β° until toothpick in cake comes out clean or 40 to 50 minutes.
