Beat together sugar, orange juice, oil, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer at high speed.
Sift together dry ingredients, then blend into first mixture.
Place 1/3 of the batter in a greased Bundt pan.
Sprinkle with half of a mixture of the apples, sugar and cinnamon.
Pour on another 1/3 of the batter.
Sprinkle on the rest of the filling and top with the last 1/3 of the batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool pan 10 minutes upside down, then remove from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
