Georgia Peach Cobbler
Georgia Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. milk, 4 c. (6 to 8 depending on size) peaches, peeled, sliced and sugared to taste and cinnamon to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Stir in milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour flour mixture over melted butter and add peaches. Stir one time. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is puffed and browned. Serve warm.
