Gazpacho Salad
Gazpacho Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup, 1/3 c. white wine vinegar and 2 to 3 dashes tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan, blend first 5 ingredients and heat until gelatin dissolves. Chill until partially set. Fold in remaining items. Arrange avocado slices in bottom of mold.
Pour gelatin mixture over and chill.
