Gazpacho
Gazpacho is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 small clove garlic, crushed, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice and 1/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine garlic, sugar, salt, tomato juice, oil, lemon juice and Worcestershire in large bowl.
Beat until blended.
Stir in tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, carrots, celery and green onion. Cover and chill for several hours.
