Garlic Steak
Garlic Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless round steak (1-inch thick), 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 onions, sliced and 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Dredge steak in flour; pound to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut steak into serving size pieces.
Brown steaks in hot oil in a Dutch oven.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add onion to pan drippings; saute until tender.
Return steak to Dutch oven; add remaining ingredients except noodles.
Cover.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until steak is tender.
Serve over noodles.
