Garlic Shrimp
Garlic Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 large shrimp, cleaned and shelled, 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped, 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper, 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped and 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in a skillet.
Add olive oil.
Saute onion and garlic in same skillet.
Add rosemary, basil, black pepper and shrimp.
Cook until shrimp loses transparency (do not overcook). Add salt to taste.
Add wine and cook until oil and wine become slightly thickened.
Sprinkle parsley over.
Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese and lemon wedge to garnish.
