Garlic Lime Chicken
Garlic Lime Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 broiler-fryer chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 c. fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.
Place chicken in a bowl and pour sauce over all.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Sprinkle chicken with pepper; grill until chicken is cooked through and tender, about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
