Mix Bisquick, milk and Cheddar cheese into a soft dough. Beat dough vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by soup spoon size spoon fulls onto ungreased cookie sheet. For smaller biscuits, use a
Teaspoon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown at 450Β°. While biscuits are baking, add garlic powder to melted margarine. Brush garlic margarine over hot biscuits when they come out of the oven.
