Saute onion in margarine in a skillet until tender.
Cool slightly.
Combine with baking mix and next 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Beat vigorously for 1 minute.
Stir in zucchini, Cheddar cheese and almonds.
Spread in a greased and floured 9-inch round baking pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool slightly before removing from pan.
