Garden Macaroni Salad
Garden Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained, 1/2 c. chopped cucumber, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. radish slices and 1/2 c. diced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine macaroni, cucumber, green pepper, radish slices, carrots and green onion; mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese and remaining ingredients, mixing until well blended.
Add to macaroni mixture; mix lightly.
Spoon and gently press into a lightly oiled 6 1/2-cup ring mold; chill several hours or overnight.
Unmold onto serving plate.
(Can be served in regular bowl.)
