Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine eggs and milk in mixing bowl; add dry ingredients and beat smooth at low speed.
If too thick to flow through funnel, add a bit of milk.
In electric skillet, heat 1-inch of corn oil to 360Β°.
Covering funnel opening with finger, fill funnel; release batter into hot oil in spiral shape, do four at a time. When brown, turn with tongs and brown other side.
Drain on paper towels and roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 8 to 12.
