Beat eggs and milk.
Gradually mix in flour, sugar, salt and baking powder until smooth.
Hold the opening of a funnel closed with your forefinger.
Fill funnel with batter.
Controlling the flow with finger, dribble into hot oil (375Β°).
Start at the center of the pan and swirl the batter outward in a circle.
Fry for 2 or 3 minutes or until brown.
Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
