Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tsp. cocoa, dash of salt, 2 tsp. water and 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in saucepan.
Blend in water, stirring until dry ingredients are dissolved.
Add milk and bring to boil, stirring often.
Boil for 3 to 4 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serve hot over ice cream or topping for cake.
