Fudge Sauce
Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c butter or margarine, 2 squares unsweet chocolate, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 1/2 c sugar and 1 c less 2 tbsp evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat butter and chocolate in top of double boiler until melted.
Stir in salt, then sugar in 4 or 5 portions being sure to blend in sugar thoroughly after each portion.
The mixture becomes very thick, dry and grainy.
Stir in milk very slowly.
Cook 5-6 minutes longer or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
