Fudge Sauce
Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk, 2 c. sugar, 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1/4 c. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Add chocolate, stirring until melted. Beat over heat until smooth.
(If sauce has a slightly curdled appearance, beat vigorously until creamy smooth.)
Remove from heat; blend in butter, vanilla and salt.
