Fudge Sauce
Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk and 6 sq. bitter chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix butter and sugar in top of double boiler; add milk and chocolate.
Cook over hot water for 30 minutes.
Do not stir while cooking.
Remove from heat and beat.
You may store in refrigerator and reheat as needed.
If you wish to have a thinner sauce, add cream, but do not add water.
