Fudge Pie
Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. vegetable oil spread, 3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat spread and chocolate until melted and smooth; remove from heat. In small bowl, blend eggs, sugar and flour; stir into chocolate mixture. Pour mixture into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 50 minutes (center will be soft).
Cool completely.
To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut in slices.
