Fudge Pie
Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 lb. unsalted butter, 1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 5 eggs, 1 1/2 pkg. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted and 2 tbsp. strong black coffee, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one is added.
Add melted chocolate, coffee and rum.
Stir in flour and pecans.
Pour mixture into pie shells.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes two pies.
