Fudge Krispies
Fudge Krispies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. milk chocolate chips, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. margarine or butter and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine chocolate chips, margarine and corn syrup in medium saucepan.
Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and sugar. Add cereal, mixing lightly until well coated.
Spread evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 48 squares.
