Fudge Ecstasies
Fudge Ecstasies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, divided, 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate (2 oz.), 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, 2 eggs and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a heavy medium saucepan, heat half the chocolate pieces, the unsweetened chocolate and margarine or butter until melted, stirring occasionally.
Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and baking powder.
Beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in the remaining chocolate pieces and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are firm and surfaces are dull and cracked.
Cool cookies on a wire rack.
Makes 36 pieces.
