Fudge Cake
Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. shortening (2 sticks oleo), 1 pkg. marshmallows (small size) and 1/3 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt cocoa in skillet with oleo.
Pour into bowl containing flour, sugar and eggs.
Beat until mixed, then add chopped pecans. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and bake in a 300Β° oven until done, about 45 minutes.
Place marshmallows on top; put in oven until melted.
When cool, frost with chocolate icing.
