Fudge Brownies
Fudge Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 c. margarine, 4 eggs, 2 c. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Combine chocolate chips and margarine and melt over low heat.
Stir until well blended.
Cool slightly. In mixing bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk until light (do not use electric mixer).
Beat in sugar and vanilla to chocolate mixture. Stir together flour, soda and salt.
Stir in egg mixture.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until pulls away from edges of pan and sets in the center.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Store in tightly covered container.
