Fudge Brownie Pie
Fudge Brownie Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour and 1/3 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs in a small mixing bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter or margarine.
Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done).
Cut into wedges. Serve topped with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
