Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, milk, corn syrup and chocolate.
Boil 5 minutes or soft ball stage.
Remove from heat; add butter and stir until it starts to thicken, approximately 10 minutes.
Add vanilla. Stir 5 minutes, then add nuts.
Spread mixture in a greased pan (butter or margarine); cut into squares when hard.
Stir constantly.
