Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, dash of salt, 1/2 c. white corn syrup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Butter a glass baking dish.
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, salt, syrup and milk. Cook, stirring constantly. Check for consistency using small amount of cold water. In cup, drop 1 to 2 drops of chocolate until it forms soft ball stage. Then add vanilla and butter.
Stir well. Then let mixture cool until you can put your hand on bottom of pan. Then beat mixture until it turns a dull color, then pour fudge into greased dish. Let cool.
Serves 6.
