Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 large can carnation milk, 3 sticks butter, 1 pt. marshmallow mix (7 oz. jar) and 3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook sugar, milk and butter together 7 minutes after it starts to boil.
Stir well.
Put marshmallow mix and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
Pour hot mixture over ingredients in bowl.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into buttered platter or a cookie sheet with sides.
