Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. pet skimmed milk, 12 regular marshmallows, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and few grains of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix in a heavy 2 quart saucepan, sugar, Pet skimmed milk, marshmallows, butter and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil. Mixture will be bubbling all over the top. Boil and stir 5 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips until completely melted.
Add nuts and vanilla. Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cut into 30 pieces.
