Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. small marshmallows and 2 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix undiluted evaporated milk, sugar and salt over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add diced small marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute (or until marshmallows melt).
Add nuts, if desired. Pour in 8-inch square buttered pan.
Cut in squares.
Makes 2 pounds.
