Fruity Gelatin Delight
Fruity Gelatin Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 10 large ice cubes, 1 small tart apple, chopped and 1/2 c. seedless red or green grape halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl.
Add ice cubes to bowl.
Stir for 3 minutes or until melted.
Chill gelatin in refrigerator 15 minutes.
Fold in apple, grapes, banana and pecans.
Cover and chill for about 15 minutes.
Spoon about 1/4 of gelatin mixture into glass bowl.
Alternate layers of whipped topping, blueberries and remaining gelatin in bowl, ending with whipped topping.
Serve immediately.
Perfect served with angel food cake.
Instead of fresh fruit, canned fruit cocktail is a good alternative.
